New patients are booked for a long (30 minute) appointment.

Talk to your doctor during this appointment if you would like to have your medical record from your previous practice transferred to us. Your previous practice may charge a fee for this service and you will need to speak to them to find out about this.

• Vaccinations (including childhood or travel)
• Contraception Devices (IUD/Implanon/Mirena)
• Ear Syringe
• Excisions
• Health Assessments
• Wart Treatments

If your treatment is on this list and not available online: please phone one of our practices to book.  These procedures require a time slot where a nurse is present.

How do I cancel or change my appointment once it is booked online?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by calling one of our practices.

Please note that the online booking system will not allow you to cancel your appointment if it is within 4 hours of your appointment time. If you do not turn up for your appointment and it was not cancelled before this timeframe, you will be charged a non-attendance fee ($25 for standard appointments and $50 for long appointments).
